Re: Shitshow

I would posit, since their is no accountability, that the "electors" do not actually exist. The electoral votes just fall to the the number each state has, after the popular vote has been completed. there is no direct proof either way.

Said the student to the master: "You tell me that one day I might be able to bend a spoon with my mind? And that, when I do, it will be my perception of the spoon that changes and not the spoon that bends? I say that the spoon is already bent. It conforms to one's hand and serves the purpose for whi...

Both are correct and valid, but your 'average joe' seems to mainly use "feeling". For some TIME now I have been learning to stretch both thinking and feeling. Moving now into exercising both. Up until recently I mainly used intuition and was "reactive". The reciprocal of course, with 'unified' consc...

Re: Dream Research - Dying in your Sleep

Last night was the first time that I spoke in my dreams in a foreign language, which I haven't learned previously. I was in a crowded bar and was explaining something in German to a lady behind the counter. At the same time, I thought to myself: "Wait, you speak German!". As usual, when something s...

Yeah, I'm resistant(Obsist) in this matter, you know us Turtles. We even went over all of this back in the early 90s. Slow, but deliberate. The data I contribute is going to require 3-D time language, nevermind, just got it scalar 'vibration', oh wait, that's soul music. Reminds me of the B-5 episod...

The (not-so) subtle difference between being a Southern Gentleman or a Redneck hick. A Southern gentleman would know: (social etiquette) Never take a beer to a job interview. Always identify people in the yard before shooting at them. When to use a fork, knife or spoon instead of his fingers. A cent...

Re: The science of symbols

This is a very synchronistic(imagine that) post for me right now, as I am now endeavoring to comprehend the archetypes, symbols, mythos, and environment(s)-both current and previous- that are at work(rotating) currently within my mind. A language, if you will. I have also tried to work 'outside' cur...

Old posts

Since it seems there is no way to gain access to information beyond what is years old without posting on old topics, that may or may not have relevance to the present, I may have to interact with the old information in a way that would waste time for the reader. I think and I feel all would be bette...

I think Warehouse 13 also has some interesting character inter-play.. the plots are so-so, but a couple of decent ones in the first season. The two main characters actually take on 'opposite' roles from traditional types with the masculine being the intuitive/feeling and the feminine being the intel...

Re: SG-U: Stargate Universe

Yeh, it basically reminded me of the latter BattleStar Galactica, which is 'all about the drama'. There were a few characters who might have some promise, but if the writing continues to 'suck' (as in suck you into even more drama) then they will never develop well. And I stopped watching BattleStar...
